2009: Compiled a 3-2 record with a 4.47 ERA in 46.1 innings of work on the mound ... third on the team with nine starts ... struck out 41 batters while holding opponents to a .272 batting average ... struck out five in five innings of work to earn his first win as an Argonaut in a 12-2 victory over Quincy (2/21) ... tossed seven shutout innings, allowing just one hit while striking out eight in a 6-0 win over visiting Saint Leo (3/18) ... earned a complete game shutout victory over Arkansas Tech (3/24), scattering six hits while striking out five in seven innings of work in the 3-0 win ... threw one scoreless inning of relief work in the Argos’ upset of No. 1 seed Delta State in the GSC Tournament (5/4).
2008: (Central Alabama Community College) Started 14 games and went 8-3 with a 2.68 ERA in his second year at Central Alabama ... totaled 87.1 innings pitched and allowed an opponents batting average of .262 ... finished the year with 54 strikeouts.
2007: (Central Alabama Community College) Posted a 1-2 record in 18 appearances, including two starts, as a freshman ... posted a 5.77 ERA in 42.2 innings pitched ... started two games.
High School: Received letters in baseball (four), basketball (three) and football (four) at Victory Christian High School ... posted an 8-1 record with a 2.54 ERA and 81 strikeouts ... named the St. Clair County Player of the Year in baseball ... named to the all-county team as a sophomore, junior and senior ... set the school's single season record for strikeouts ... averaged 7.4 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists for the basketball team ... played running back, strong safety and punter for the football team ... named to the football all-area second team ... totaled 67 tackles with five interceptions in his senior season on the football team ... member of the Beta Club.
