2019 (Sr.): Led all Argos with at least 10 appearances with a 1.15 ERA... Went 1-0 across 13 appearances, all in relief... Went 15.2 innings, striking out 10 and walking 10... Held opponents to a .220 average... Appeared in relief in the GSC championship game 5/7 vs. Delta State... Picked up 2 saves on the season

2018 (Jr.): Made 13 starts and appeared in 14 games... Posted 5.69 ERA over 55.1 innings, striking out 44 batters... Led UWF with 13 starts... Earned first victory of the season after going 6.1 innings and allowing just one run against Union (3/4), picking up 9 strikeouts with just 5 hits allowed... Followed that appearance with 5.0 strong innings against Christian Brothers (3/12) when he allowed just one run and four hits... Struck out five batters and allowed just three hits over 5.2 innings against West Georgia.

2017: Redshirt at Auburn

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Maddox previously attended Wallace-Dothan CC, where he posted a 6-4 record and a 3.91 ERA as a sophomore... As a freshman, posted a 2.83 ERA and a 6-4 record (plus 1 save)... NJCAA Superior Academic Achievement award winner in 2016 … Wallace President’s Award Nominee in 2016 with a 3.96 GPA

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played at Houston Academy in Dothan, Ala. under coach Tony Kirkland … registerd a 10-1 record as senior with a 1.39 ERA in 80.2 innings pitched … Struck out 122 with 24 walks … Finished his high school career with 22 victories and a 1.86 ERA … 2012 Dothan Eagle Super-12 honorable mention … 2014 AHSAA 2A state champion … 2014 state title game MVP … 2014 ASWA 2A Player of the Year and Pitcher of the Year … 2014 ASWA 2A All-State team .. selected to 2014 ASWA Super All-State team … 2014 Dothan Eagle Super-12 team … Set school records for strikeouts in a season, wins in a season and most innings pitched in a season … also lettered in golf
