2025 (Sam Houston): Appeared in eight games out of the bullpen during the 2025 season, pitching a total of 5.0 innings. The left-handed pitcher struck out nine batters while allowing 10 hits and 14 runs (12 earned), issuing one walk over the course of the year. Scheetz finished the season with a 21.60 ERA and held a .400 opponent batting average, recording a 0-1 mark on the mound.

2024: A redshirt year.

2023 (Gateway CC): Made 20 appearances during the 2022–23 season, logging 28.0 innings on the mound. He recorded 33 strikeouts, continuing to miss bats at a rate of 10.61 strikeouts per nine innings. Scheetz allowed 37 hits and 26 walks, finishing the season with a 7.07 ERA and one save. He once again limited opponents to a single home run and gained valuable experience in high-usage bullpen roles.

2022 (Gateway CC): Appeared in 18 games out of the bullpen during the 2021–22 season, posting a 1–1 record with two saves across 34.1 innings pitched. The left-hander struck out 40 batters, averaging 10.49 strikeouts per nine innings, while allowing 33 hits and issuing 21 walks. Scheetz finished the year with a 3.67 ERA and a 1.57 WHIP, limiting opponents to just one home run and establishing himself as a reliable relief option.
