UWF Career: Spent two years pitching out of the bullpen for West Florida, including a breakout senior season in 2011 in which the Argonauts won the NCAA national championship... finished his career ranked second in school history in career strikeouts per game (12.58), sixth in hits per game (6.98) and third in saves (15).

2011: Enjoyed a dominant senior season as the Argonauts’ closer, appearing in 23 games out the bullpen... ABCA and NCBWA second team All-American and Daktronics third team All-American... College Baseball Lineup Division II All-Star Team... ABCA, Daktronics and NCBWA All-South Region first team... All-GSC first team... Tino Martinez Award semifinalist... finished the year with 14 saves, matching the school’s single season record... posted a 0.59 ERA and allowed just 12 hits in 30.1 innings for a .119 opponents’ batting average... his 0.59 ERA set the new single season school record for pitchers with at least 30 innings pitched... also set single season school records in strikeouts per game (16.02) and hits per game (3.59)... struck out 54 batters and allowed just 16 walks... ranked fifth in the nation and led the GSC in saves... allowed a run in only one appearance, a game in which he returned after a 10-day break after being struck in the face by a line drive... did not allow a hit over a five-game stretch, including four saves (3/16-4/2)... struck out seven straight batters to finish a win at Alabama-Huntsville (4/17)... struck out the side to earn a save in a 2-0 win over Delta State at the GSC Tournament (5/8)... struck out nine batters and did not allow a run in 3.2 innings at the Division II Championships, including a 2.1 inning save in a 5-4 second round win vs. Sonoma State... picked up four saves in six postseason appearances, striking out 19 batters and not allowing a run in 10 innings... finished the year with 23 consecutive scoreless innings.

2010: Finished the season with a 3-1 record and 4.66 ERA in 48.1 innings of work..struck out 56 batters in 48.1 innings pitched...Picked up his first win as he struck out eight in 5.2 innings to keep the Argos in the game against NCAA DI opponent Mississippi Valley State, Earning GSC Pitcher of the Week for his outing (3/10)... Tossed 5.1 scoreless innings of relief to earn his second win of the season, 6-5 over West Georgia (3/27)...Struck out six in 5.2 innings, allowing just one run against Georgia Southwestern (4/13)... Struck out three in two innings of relief against Henderson State in the GSC Tournament (5/3)...

Northwest Florida State College: Transfered from North Florida CC after his freshman season...Compiled a 2-3 record with a 5.11 ERA in 44 innings pitched with 57 strikeouts

North Florida CC: Posted a 6-1 record with a 4.41 ERA and 34 strikeouts to earn a Second Team All-Panhandle Conference selection in 2008...

High School: Letter all four years in baseball as a pitcher and infielder, one in football as a quarterback and kicker and one in basketball as a forward...Named the baseball team MVP in '04, '05, '07... During his senior year he posted a 2.79 ERA in 37 innings pitched with 57 strikeouts and 26 walks

Personal: Son of Scott and Janet Waller... Has on brother, Bryan... Has coached little league/American Legion baseball during the summer..Away from the baseball field he enjoys to fish, golf, and play video games.
