2020 (SENIOR): Appeared in 21 games and started 20 of them... Second on the team in Batting Average (.343) and Total Hits (24)... He led UWF in Sacrifice bunts (5)... Payne ranked second in the GSC in Sacrifice Bunts...Season was cut short due to COVID-19 Outbreak.

2019 (JUNIOR): Reached base in a program-record 49 straight games... Reached base in 51 of his 52 appearances on the season... Hit .306 with 60 hits... Had a .402 on-base percentage... Fielded .990 behind the plate... Scored 33 times while compiling 39 runs batted in... Hit his first UWF career home run Feb. 17 vs. Christian Brothers... Had back-to-back three hit games at AUM Feb. 24

2018 GSC Spring Academic Honor Roll

2018 (SOPHOMORE): Made 35 starts and played in 37 games... Ranked fifth on the team with 18 walks... Hit .269 and posted a .406 OBP... Scored 21 runs and drove in 11 runs... Committed only 1 error all season, good for a .996 fielding percentage... Went 4-5 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored against Spring Hill (2/18)... Had a three-hit day against Miles (2/27), scoring twice... Went 4-8 (.500) in series against Auburn-Montgomery with a pair of two-hit games... Went 1-1 with 3 RBIs and two walks against Valdosta State (4/28), and followed that with a 2-5 game with a walk. 

GSC Freshman of the Week (2/14)

2017 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 35 games with 29 starts as catcher and designated hitter… Hit .267 and drove in nine runs… Posted team season-high seven at bats on 2/12 against Rollins, while posting a personal season-high four RBI in the contest… Tallied a season-high three hits in 3-for-4 performance against Shorter on 4/22.

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped Rockledge Senior HS to a 55-5 (28-2, 27-3) record over junior and senior seasons… Named 2015 Perfect Game USA Honorable Mention Preseason HS Underclassmen All-American…  Named to 2015 17U Perfect Game BCS Finals All-Tournament Team in July 2015… 2015 17U National Invitational All-Tournament Team in June 2015… Named to 2014 Perfect Game WWBA Underclass World Championship All-Tournament Team in October 2014… Played for summer teams including Brevard Aces, Florida Burn and Orlando Scorpions…  Drove in team-high 22 runs as a sophomore while batting .329 as Rockledge Senior's starting catcher… Member of Rockledge's 2012 Junior League World Series Championship team… Scored game-winning run and three runs against Aruba in championship.
