Wade Anderson

Assistant Coach Wade Anderson is originally from Pensacola and is a 2003 graduate of Pensacola Christian College.  He received a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and played four years of intercollegiate basketball at PCC.  From 2003-2005, Anderson served as a graduate assistant coach at UWF under head coach Don Hogan while completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science.

In 2005, Anderson joined the coaching staff at Faulkner State Community College.  Anderson helped coach the 2006-07 team to a conference championship and a season record of 22-6 with a 15-1 conference mark.  While at Faulkner State, he was in charge of conditioning, weight training, scheduling, and recruiting, and he helped direct practices.  He also taught a Fitness and Wellness class and a Coaching Basketball course.

Anderson returned to UWF for the 2007-08 season as an assistant coach, and he is primarily in charge of recruiting, scheduling, travel, and individual workouts for the team. He also assists with practice and gameday preparation, and he specializes in working with the Argonauts post players.

Wade is married to the former Ashley Coulter.
