AS A JUNIOR (2024-25): Appeared in 13 games with two starts for the Argos… Averaged 5.5 points and 1.5 rebounds in 14.2 minutes per contest… Shot 41.3% from three (19-46) and was a perfect 14-14 at the free-throw line… Added 10 assists and 6 steals, finishing with 71 total points.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24): Played in 27 games with 27 starts… Averaged 9.1 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game in 24.6 minutes… Shot 39.5% from three-point range (62-157) and 86% from the free-throw line (37-43)… Recorded 48 assists to just 22 turnovers (2.2 assist-to-turnover ratio) and added 18 steals… Finished with 245 total points (14.7 points per 40 minutes).
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23): Averaged, 45% FG, 44% 3PT, 82% FT, and just under 10 PPG… During Conference averaged, 50% FG, 45% 3PT, 92% FT, and just above 10 PPG… Was ranked 36 in the country in 3PT%, and top 75 for FT%.
 
PREP: Standout at Pocatello High School where he earned multiple all-conference and all-state honors … Led his team to a state tournament berth in 2022, earning 1st Team All-State Tournament recognition … Named Athlete of the Year (2022).
 
PERSONAL: Son of Mike and Dana Payne… Two older siblings - Trevor and Brynlee… Majoring in Health Sciences- Healthcare Administration.
