2017 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll

2017 (Sr.): Finished fourth for UWF at the Falcon Classic in Montevallo, Alabama (9/16), and at the FSU Invitational (10/6)... Ran a season-best 20:25.47 at the GSC Championships, finishing 62nd overall... Highest placing of the year came at the Falcon Classic, when she ran a 26:01.22 to finish 23rd. 

2016 (Jr.): Finished 5th overall at the Gulf Coast Stampede, running a 20:25.40... Ran a 20:19.4 at the Florida State Invitational, finishing 22nd overall.

2016 ADA Academic Achievement Award

2015 (So.): Led the Argos in every regular-season race…Ran a season-best time (19:45.00) at the FSU Invitational during the 5,000-meter race…Season was cut short when she suffered an injury during the GSC Championship race in Danville, Alabama.

2014 (Fr.): Finished second for UWF in her first three races of the season... set a personal and season bets in the 5k at the Valdosta State Cross Country Challenge, finishing 10th overall in a time of 19:02.40... finished 23rd at the GSC Championships in a time of 20:03.40, earning All-GSC second team honors.

High School: Four-year letterman in cross country and track and field... ran personal bests of 19:23 in the 5k, 5:18 in the mile and 2:23 in the 800... two-time first team all-conference from 2012-13, second team all-conference in 2011... led her team to a conference title, district championship and regional runner-up finish in 2013.

Personal: Daughter of Jose and Carmen... has three siblings, Alex, Jose and David... grandfather ran track and field at the College of Mayaguez in Puerto Rico... was a member of the National Honor society, and biology, medicine and interact clubs... enjoys cooking, horseback riding, biking, traveling and going to the beach.
