Fall 2014: Ran a season-best 26:19.80 in the 8k finishing 14th at the Valdosta State Cross Country Challenge... finished 21st at the GSC Championships in a time of 27:09.20 to garner All-GSC second team honors... placed 55th at the NCAA South Regional, finishing in a time of 34:49.75 in the 10k.

Spring 2014: Finished 38th (16:12.5) at the FSU Invitational in the 5k... finished 6th (9:20.54) in the 3k at the USA Invite

Fall 2013:Won the Watson Ford Invitational 8k in a time of 26:30 … Placed 5th overall (26:24) in the 8k at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Placed 6th overall (27:01) in the 8k at the Pre-Regional Meet … Placed 7th overall (26:21.16)  and 2nd on the team in the 8k at the Gulf South Conference Championships… Placed 16th overall (33:48.40) in the 10k at the NCAA DII South Regional Championships … Finished 21st overall (26:07.22) in the 8k at the Florida State Invitational.

2012-2013: Received All-South Region honors for the first time in his career for finishing 22nd overall (33:04.84) on a 10,000-meter course at the NCAA DII South Regional Championships … Earned his first career All-GSC First Team honors by finishing seventh overall (26:58.20) on an 8,000-meter course at the Gulf South Conference Championships … Finished 28th overall (26:26.00) on an 8,000-meter course at the USF Golden Gate Invite … Placed fifth overall (26:37.90) on an 8,000-meter course at the Fleet Feet Invitational  … Finished sixth overall (26:46.90) on an 8,000-meter course at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Placed 29th overall (26:52.00) on an 8,000-meter course at the Florida State Invitational … Finished 162nd overall (33:51.90) on a 10,000-meter course at the Chili Pepper Festival.

2011-2012: Had two top-10 overall finishes and five top-25 finishes on the season … Placed in the top 10 at the Mississippi College Season Opener 5k (16:46) and the Watson Ford Invitational 8k (27:28) ... Had best 8k time of the season (26:43) at the Gulf Coast Stampede finishing 18th overall ... placed 18th overall to help UWF place second in the Gulf South Conference Championships 8k (27:34).

High School: Lettered for four seasons at Navarre High School... Was named Team Rookie of the Year as a freshman in 2007... Also ran track & field.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Melinda Haden... Has three siblings: Zachary, Mackenzy and Kelsy... Majoring in Computer Engineering... Plans to join the Air Force after graduation.
