2016-17 All-Gulf South Conference Second Team

2016: Finished fourth overall with a 27:18.80 at the Gulf Coast Stampede, helping UWF to a team win... Recorded personal-best 26:13.78 at the Chile Pepper Festival in Arkansas... Followed that with a third-place finish at the FSU Invitational, coming in at 26:26.0... Claimed the second All-GSC honor of his career at the conference meet, finishing in 20th place at 26:23.16.

Fall 2014: Ran a 29:30.39 8k unattached in his only race of the season at the Florida State Invitational.

Spring 2014: Placed 8th (9:23.87) in the 3k at the USA Invite

Fall 2013: Placed 5th overall (27:31) at the Watson Ford Invitational 8k … Finished 18th overall (27:25) in the 8k at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Placed 25th overall (28:16) in the 8k at the Pre-Regional Meet … Placed 28th overall (27:16.79) in the 8k at the Gulf South Conference Championships … Placed 32nd overall (26:26.05) in the 8k at the Florida State Invitational … Finished 46th overall (35:42.60) in the 10k at the NCAA DII South Regional Championships

2012-13 (University of Maine): Ran for the cross country and indoor track and field teams at Maine during his freshman year in college… set a personal record of 26:24 in the 8,000-meter run at the Open New England Cross Country Championships… also set a PR of 33:43 in the 10,000 meter run at the NCAA Division I Northeast Regional… ran a PR 9:03 in the 3,000-meter run in a dual meet versus New Hampshire.

High School: Attended Pensacola Catholic High School… acted as his team’s captain as a senior… set a personal record of 16:23 in the 5,000-meters run during his senior season… won the 2011 district championship and placed sixth at the state championships in the 5k… ran a personal record 9:46 in the 3200 meter run in 2012 and finished fourth in the state … also played soccer during his freshman year…

Personal: Son of Deborah and Donald… has one sibling, Donia… majoring in computer science... enjoys long walks with his Scottish terrior, Sir Phillip.
