2021 (Sr.): Ran in all six of UWF's races as a senior... Ran a season-best 28:48.77 at the UAH Chargers Cross Country Invite (10/9)... Clocked a 28:53.54 at the GSC Championships... Ran a 38:11.25 at the NCAA South Region Championships.Â
2019 (Jr.): Ran two races for UWF, putting up a season-best 28:49.6 at the UNA Cross Country Invitational (9/7)... Ran a 29:17.6 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (9/14).
2018 (So.): Ran personal-best 27:21.8 at the Little Rock Invitational (10/13)... Took season-best 33rd-place finish at the D2 Invitational (10/20)... Ran a 27:58.69 at the GSC Championships, improving his time at the event from last year... Improved time at NCAA South Region Championships by more than a minute, running a 35:38.38.
2017 GSC Fall Academic Honor Roll
2017 (Fr.): Finished fifth for UWF in three races... Recorded personal-best time of 27:51.4 at the FSU Invitational, where he also claimed his highest placing of the year at 47th overall... Took another top-50 finish at the Falcon Classic, running a 29:25.58 in his first collegiate race... Ran a 28:07.01 at the GSC Championships and a 36:46.1 at the NCAA South Regional.
