Juan Hernandez

Juan Hernandez joined the UWF men's soccer staff as a graduate assistant prior to the beginning of the 2016 season. 

Hernandez begins his UWF coaching career after earning his bachelor's in physical education and health from Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee in 2014. Hernandez played for Bethel in 2012, scoring four goals with four assists to help the Wildcats to a 9-3-1 record. 

Most recently, Hernandez played for UWF head coach Bill Elliott with the National Premier Soccer League's Chattanooga FC in 2015 and 2016, where Hernandez helped CFC win conference and regional titles while garnering 2016 All-NPSL Honorable Mention recognition. 

Hernandez spent time working with FC Barcelona's five-day camp hosted in St. Louis in 2016 and worked from 2014-16 as Pumas Futbol Club's technical director and youth coach. Hernandez spent the 2014 season as the reserves coach for Rocket City United. 

Hernandez is a native of Madrid, Spain.
