Biography

2012: Finished the season tied for fifth in the Gulf South Conference in triples (3) … Ended the season ranked sixth in the GSC in sacrifice bunts (14) … Started 32 games including 22 at second base… Led the team in sacrifice bunts … Ranked second on the team in triples (3) … Batted .241 in 32 appearances … Drove in 12 runs and scored 22.

2011: GSC Honor Roll... Showed great improvement at the plate, batting .297 in 43 games… Scored 23 times on the season… Hit her first career home run on March 26 against North Alabama… Also tallied her first three triples as a collegiate player, leading UWF in the category… Finished second on the team with 37 walks… Spent most of the season ranked nationally in the top-5 among walks drawn per game… Notched a career-high five RBI on February 11 against Saint Leo.

2010: GSC Honor Roll... GSC Top Newcomer... One of two players to start all 56 games, with the majority of starts as a catcher... Hit .259 on the season with 36 hits and five doubles... Drew 25 walks and talied 16 RBI... Was the hardest Argo to strike out, with just 10 on the season... As a catcher, caught 10 baserunners stealing... Collected a double and had a 2-for-3, two RBI performance for first UWF hits against Palm Beach Atlantic (2/13)... Was perfect 2-for-2 with a run in win over Saint Leo (2/14)... Plated the go-ahead run in an eight-inning win over Saint Leo (2/19)... Tallied season-high three RBI in win over West Georgia (3/14)... Collected a hit in every game in the GSC Crossover, with the exception of one (4/8-11)... Had a breakout series against West Georgia with a 4-for-5 plate performance that included a double and two runs (4/18)... Went 2-for-4 against Valdosta State at GSC Tournament (4/30).

Stetson: Played one year for the Hatters before transferring.

High School: Lettered four years as a shortstop in softball and two years as an outside hitter in volleyball... Had a career .346 batting average with 116 hits, 56 RBI, 34 doubles, 3 triples, 3 homeruns, and 19 stolen bases... Holds records for most hits, most doubles, most RBI, and a 17-game hitting streak... Helped her team to three consecutive district championships, three trips to the regional championships, and a 4A State Runner Up title in 2006... Two-time All-Area First Team by Pensacola News Journal and Northwest Florida Daily News... Earned spots on Florida 4A All State Second Team in 2006, and First Team in 2008... Navarre High School Outstanding Athlete of the Year in 2008... PSA Pelicans Softball All-Star Game Offensive Player of the Game in 2008... Named HS Freshman of the Year in 2005... Rookie of the Year... Named NHS Defensive Player of the Year three times... NHS Offensive Player of the Year in 2006... NHS Softball MVP in 2008...
