2015: Totaled 21 apperances in the circle for UWF during her sophomore season... Made 10 starts and compiled a 2-6 record and one save on the season... Third on the team with a 3.84 ERA in 73 innings... Struck out 38 batters and had four complete games with one shutout...Combined with Becca Taylor to throw two innings of a perfect game against Miles on March 25..

2014: In her freshman season at UWF, Hein had the second most appearances for a pitcher (18) and made 14 starts during the season…  Had an overall record of 6-5 with six complete games, two shutouts, and made one save… In 73 innings, she had an ERA of 3.74 and gave up 81 hits on the season with 39 earned runs and 33 strikeouts…  Held opponents to a .276 batting average and struck out a career high eight batters Feb. 8 against Saint Leo.

High School: The right-handed pitcher comes to UWF after graduating from Vestavia Hills High School in Vestavia Hills, Ala... Hein helped the Rebels earn an Area & Regional championship her junior and senior seasons and in 2012 the Rebels made it to the state championship tournament and finished as the tournaments runner-ups... During her senior season, Hein was named the All-South/Hoover Player of the Year after she had a conference best 40 wins and 16 shutouts and a third place finish in the state championship tournament... Hein was also honored for her play during the week of April 15-21, 2013 by being named one of the MaxPreps/NFCA National Players of the Week... Over the week, Hein went 7-0 with an ERA of 0.53 and 56 strikeouts over 40 innings... The week also included a no-hitter for Hein where she struck out 11 in a 3-0 win over Enterprise (Ala.) High School.
