Fall 2014: Ran a personal and season best in the 6k at the NCAA South Regional, finishing second for UWF and 23rd overall in 23:43.68 earning NCAA All-South Region honors... ran a personal and season best in the 5k at the Valdosta State Cross Country Challenge in a time of 19:40.30.  Â
2012-2013: Finished 90th overall (20:15.80) on a 5,000-meter course at the USF Golden Gate Invite … Placed 25th overall (21:06.30) on a 5,000-meter course at the Fleet Feet Invitational … Finished 42nd overall (21:08.20) on a 5,000-meter course at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Placed 57th overall (25:51.02) on a 6,000-meter course at the Azalea City Classic.
High School: Member of the 2010 cross country metro and district champions … Member of the cross country regional runner up team … Cross country team finished third at the state meet … Played lacrosse, ran track and field and cross country.
Personal: Daughter of Lori Ann and Robert Mund … Has three siblings, Sara, Karl and Alex … Sara runs cross country at Flagler College, Alex has run a 2:36 marathon … Hopes to work in the school system as a counselor or be a coach ...  Enjoys wake boarding, listening to music, reading and writing.
