Levent “Louie” Sahin has been a member of the West Florida women’s soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach since 2012. Sahin joined the Argonauts in 2012, when the team went 24-1 and won its first NCAA Championship in program history. In 2013, UWF went 18-1-3, set a conference-record unbeaten streak of 34 games and made an apperance in the NCAA Championship match before losing its only game of the season. UWF finished No. 1 in the NSCAA Poll in 2012 and No. 2 in 2013.
Sahin has numerous certifications to go along with his soccer experience. He earned a UEFA “A” License, USSF “A” License, Turkish FA “A” License, NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma and a USSF National Youth License.
In addition, he is the current director of the Coaching Futbol Club of Santa Rosa.
