Mark Yepishin was named the volunteer assistant coach for the UWF women’s soccer program in July of 2019. Since 2013, Yepishin has served as the head coach of the girl's soccer program at Pensacola Catholic High School and has led the Lady Crusaders to post-season play 5 out of the 6 years he has been there.
Yepishin is a local coach who graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 2009 then went on to play college soccer at Mississippi College until graduating in 2013. During his time at Mississippi College, he coached at Jackson Futbol Club.
Recently, Yepishin was 1 of 32 volunteers chosen from 600,000 applicants to help as a Team Services Volunteer at the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup Russia and the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia. There he spent time working with national teams and aiding as a Russian translator for the players and coaches. He also worked as a Team Liaison Officer for the National Lithuanian team in their friendly match against Iran.
Yepishin holds a U.S. Soccer "D" Coaching License and a Youth Diploma 1 from Coerver Coaching.
