Maegan Brylski enters her first season as a graduate assistant with the University of West Florida volleyball program in 2026.

Brylski joins the Argonauts after completing her undergraduate career at William Peace University in Raleigh, North Carolina. During her playing career with the Pacers, she served as a two-year team captain and finished with more than 2,500 career assists and 1,000 digs.

Brylski also brings extensive coaching experience to Pensacola, having begun coaching volleyball at the age of 16. She has spent the past six years coaching at the club level, serving in both head and assistant coaching roles.

Off the court, Brylski graduated from William Peace with degrees in psychology and sport and fitness studies. As an undergraduate, she conducted independent research titled Assessing Self-Efficacy, Mental Toughness, and Perceptions of Performance after Sport Injury. Her research was selected for presentation at the National Conference for Undergraduate Research.

A Lindenhurst, Illinois native, Brylski is currently pursuing a master's degree in sport administration at UWF. She is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court and helping young women grow through the sport of volleyball.
