LIVINGSTONE, Ala. – The No. 20-ranked University of West Florida volleyball team defeated West Alabama 3-0 (25-16, 25-20, 25-18) on the road Saturday afternoon. West Florida (20-5, 12-1 GSC) junior
Kourtney Beck (Phoenix, Ariz./Glendale Community College) tallied a season-high 10 kills in the win.
UWA had 23 attack errors in the match and was held to a .075 team attack percentage. UWF tallied nine blocks on the day with eight service aces.

Kathryn Torre (Highland, Ill./State College of Florida) had seven kills at a .316 clip and added six blocks in the win. Sophomore
Rachel Neblett (Austin, Texas/Vista Ridge HS) added six kills on 12 swings with only one attack error for an impressive .417 attack percentage.
Sophomore
Monique StCyr (Williamsburg, Va./Jamestown HS) had four service aces and tallied team highs in assists (18) and digs (12) on Saturday.
West Florida will next play host to a pair of GSC opponents next weekend after facing eight consecutive teams on the road. UWF will host Shorter on Friday, October 30 at 6 p.m. CT before facing Lee on Saturday, October 31 at 4 p.m. Friday will be High School Team Night and Saturday will be the annual Pack it Pink match.
