West Florida will compete in the silver bracket tomorrow against Regis University on their home floor at Noon MT.
"I don't think we played great this afternoon," head coach
Melissa Wolter said. "In that first match I felt like somehow we played well at the right time. I felt like Autumn had a great afternoon today and in that first match, she really played like a fifth year senior. She played like a veteran captain.
"But then you come into this match tonight, and Ferris State is really good. They are very physical, they have a lot of weapons. I felt like we had a really good game plan but at crucial moments we were very error prone, and you can't play like that against a team that's as balanced as Ferris State is. We just got outplayed tonight."
