PENSACOLA, Fla. – With rain in the forecast for Thursday, the University of West Florida softball team has made a time change for its doubleheader against Montevallo. First pitch for Game 1 will now begin at 1 pm at the University of Montevallo Softball Stadium at Orr Park on Thursday afternoon, and Game 2 is scheduled for a 3 pm start.
 
West Florida is currently on a 15-game winning streak and is 25-8 on the year, with an 11-7 mark in the Gulf South Conference.
 
Following the Montevallo doubleheader, UWF will head to Jackson, Tennessee, for a GSC series at Union. That series will run on Saturday and Sunday, with a doubleheader beginning at 1 pm on Saturday and the series finale at 1 pm on Sunday.
