"I thought defensively our zone bothered them and we kept them out of transition," UWF head coach Jeff Burkhamer said. "The other big key was a fast start and then we got some transition points off our defense so to get some easy baskets helped us grow the lead and keep it."

UWF opened he game with points on four of is first six possessions and a 7-0 lead. The Wolves came back and took the lead 15-14 on a Keshawn Heard jumper with 8:15 to play in the half.
