Rollin Etheredge has been an Athletics supporter since 2007. He is a proud member of the UWF Football Founders and an avid Baseball Fan. We are grateful for Rollin's continued support as he values the academic and competitive side of Athletics. Thank you, Rollin, for all you do for UWF Athletics!
Why do you give to UWF Athletics?
When I was a student at the University of West Florida I enjoyed going to all the different sporting events. I remember great games and fun times attending these games. It seems like the university has always had some of the best talent and teams in the area. UWF strives to be the best in all they do both athletically and academically. I am glad to be able to give back to the university in some small way to support the student-athletes and the athletic programs.
Why do you continue to give annually?
I continue to give annually so that I can support the student-athletes. I feel that every contribution helps the students afford a high-quality education while continuing to enjoy the sport that they love. It is fun to see these student-athletes achieve their goals and to be a part of it.
What impact do you think your annual donations have on the UWF Athletic Department?
My donations help students get a quality education and provide needed resources to the athletic department.
What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics?
I am extremely proud to be part of the Football Founders program and to play a small role in assisting the University grow its program offering to future students. While attending numerous sporting events I've had the opportunity to meet some of the students. Their passion is contagious! I love to see the University excel in sports and academics.
