PENSACOLA, Fla. - The UWF men's basketball team will step out of conference play and make a trip to Milledgeville, Georgia for a morning game against Georgia College on Thursday. Tip-off for the Bobcats' Education Game is at 11 am ET, 10 am CT.
ABOUT UWF
* The Argos are 5-5 overall following Sunday's win over Christian Brothers. UWF is 1-2 on the road and 2-2 against schools based in Georgia.

Jeff Burkhamer will be in a familiar arena on Thursday. He spent six seasons from 2009-2015 as the head coach at Lander, where he went 84-78.

ABOUT GEORGIA COLLEGE
* The Bobcats are 4-5 this season and lost their last two games, and five of their last seven. This will be the first home game for GC this year.
* GC averages 67.6 points per game on 41.5 shooting. They make 9.9 3-pointers per game and 52 percent of the team's field goals are from outside the arc.
* Luke Chism leads the team with 10.2 points per game and did not play in the first three contests. He also pulls down 6.0 rebounds a night. Christian Koneman is second in scoring at 9.8 ppg and tops on the squad with 6.9 boards per game.
