PENSACOLA, Fla.- The No. 6 Argonauts picked up a win at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex on Tuesday morning against Grand Valley 6-1.
West Florida started off strong by sweeping the doubles points from all three positions. From the No. 1 position, Tomas Descarraga and
Facundo Bermejo won their match in a tiebreaker 7-6, 7-3.
Salvador Bandeira and LLuis Miralles Miro teamed up from the No. 2 position winning the match 6-3.

Bernardo Costa came away with a win from the No. 3 position winning 6-3.
The Argos came away with all the singles points throughout the lineup. From the top of lineup,
Juan Cabrera remains undefeated on the season after winning his match 6-3, 6-2 from the No. 1 position.
Bernardo Costa snagged the second singles points for the Argos by winning his match 6-1, 6-1 from the No. 2 position. Sebastian Soleto dominated his match from the No. 3 position, winning 6-1, 6-2.
In the bottom of the lineup,
Albin Ekenros won his match 7-5, 6-1 from the No. 4 position. From the No. 5 position,
Pedro Cordeiro was victorious 6-4, 6-2. LLuis Miralles Miro dominated his match from the No. 6 position to help secure the victory for the Argos.
"Our guys played a very solid match. We were able to play a lot of the guys on our roster and this match really showed our depth," said head coach
Derrick Racine.
