PENSACOLA, Fla - The UWF Men's Soccer team ended their regular season matches with a 2-2 draw against the Alabama Huntsville Chargers. UWF celebrated and recognized five seniors for their time at UWF. The Argos trailed 0-2 in the first half,
Kendrick Hernandez would be the spark off the bench that the team would need.Â

Scoring opened in the 14th minute for the Chargers as a through ball to Donovan Pruitte would be enough to slip through the back line. Both teams continued to push as the time approached the final 15 minutes of the half. The Chargers saw another break in scoring as Henry Mpagi Jr. found the back of the net after a scramble and finish from the box in the 32nd minute.Â

Kendrick Hernandez brought the juice that the team needed. Using the arm of
Keegan Lynch, the Argos earned a throw-in in the final third that would find the foot of
Keegan Ancelin, would found Hernandez in the box to finish it off just two minutes after the Chargers goal. Hernandez wasn't done there however. Just 90 seconds later, Hernandez found himself on the outside of the 18-yard box, and with a getaway touch and some space, the sophomore ripped the ball into the upper-90 right corner of the net to tie the match at 2 all.Â
Heading into the second half, the match continued to be aggressive on both ends. Three yellow cards were issues to UAH players in the second 45 minutes. UWF out shot the Chargers 11-4 in the second half, but neither team would be able to find the back of the net.Â
