"I think the ladies have done a nice job over the last few days," said head coach Phil Kraus. "Our divers did a great job on the boards and I'm proud of that group as well as our swimmers. We just need to keep focused and keep on going. We have a nice lead after day two and we look to grow that over the next few days and hopefully look to win another championship."

On the boards, West Florida continued to strive for excellence, sending six divers to the 1-meter board finals. In the finals, the Argos placed five in the top five spots. Michelle Mejia earned the top spot with a score of 454.45 for her first NSISC title. Olivia Nelson and Jade Fontenelle came in fourth (436.35) and fifth (424.30), respectively.

"Our ladies were amazing today. They were determined to trust their training and their ability. Michelle wins her first conference title, and I couldn't be prouder of all of them for their accomplishments tonight," commented head diving coach Barbara Parker.
