- Why do you give to UWF Athletics?
- When I was a student, UWF Athletics played a huge role in my collegiate experience! Even if we did not have a football team, at that time, I made it a point to attend as many athletic events as I could. This not only helped me feel more connected to UWF and proud to be an Argo, but doing so gave me the opportunity to meet and develop lifelong friendships with other students that I may not have connected with otherwise. I want to know that our future Argos will have access to this same experience.
- Why do you continue to give annually?
- First and foremost, it is exciting to see our Athletic Department grow and our teams find success year after year. Additionally, I take a lot of pride in knowing that I am supporting something that not only connects students to this institution but in many cases enables them to attend UWF.
- What would you say is the best thing about supporting UWF athletics?
- Going to the games, obviously! But in all seriousness, it is nice being able to give back to an institution that has given me so much and I do feel proud, knowing that regardless of the size of my contributions, I have a hand in ensuring that UWF Athletics will be around for years to come.
- What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics?
- Seeing our athletes succeed, not only on the field (or court) but in the classroom and beyond.
- Anything else you'd like to add? For instance, a proud moment as an Argo fan or an experience you really enjoyed
- There are a lot of proud moments I have had, as an Argo Fan, including attending my first UWF Basketball game in 2001 (I don't remember who we played, but we did win!), watching the UWF Baseball team win their first D-II, National Championship in 2011, and watching the UWF Football team score their first touchdown in 2016. Go Argos!
