ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. --- UWF women's soccer team got their first loss of the season in Sunday's match on the road at Flagler.
 
Flagler scored two goals early in the first half to quickly take the lead.
 
In the 56^th minute, Mya Swinton cut the deficit by one. Swinton received the ball in the middle just on top of the circle. She took off on a one person battle, making her way through the defense. Swinton found the bottom post to score her third goal of the season.
 
Maciah Lipsey recorded a season-high four saves in the net.
 
UWF is back in action for their home opener Friday, Sept. 20 at 7:30 pm to begin conference play. The Argos will take on Mississippi College.
