MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The No. 6 Argos went on the road and pulled off an impressive 2-1 Gulf South Conference win over the Montevallo Falcons.
The Argos were able to find the back of the net first.

Mya Swinton, who scored a powerful low shot to the right side of the net, putting UWF up 1-0.
The Falcons quickly equalized one minute later.

rd minute,
Megan Gettys scored the Argos' game-winning goal off a corner kick. Gettys' fourth goal of the season secured the win for the Argos.

Belle Okoroafo made three saves, limiting the Falcons to only one goal. This was Okoroafos' 13
th win in her first season as an Argo.
UWF outshot the Falcons 10-8 and had 7 shots on goal.
The Argos return home next Friday, Oct. 31, to play the University of West Alabama in Huntsville.
