Virgil Lemons III gets to keep playing the game he loves.

The former Argo cornerback and electric return specialist has signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent. Lemons' agent Evan Laufer announced the news on X on Sunday.

Lemons was an All-American for the 2024 season after he led NCAA Division II as a punt returner. The senior averaged 25.1 yards per punt return on a total of 24 returns. Lemons totaled 602 return yards – nearly 250 yards more than the second-best return man in DII. The Deerfield Beach, Fla. native also had two punt returns for touchdowns.

Lemons had three games with over 100 return yards during the 10-game season. He started off the season against McKendree with 147 yards on two returns, including an 86-yard return. His best performance of the season came on the road against Erskine when he racked up 198 return yards on seven attempts and one touchdown.

Details of his signing have not been released by the Titans organization. Titansized.com, a fan driven Titans-specific news site announced that the Titans signed 17 UDFA's directly after the NFL Draft.
