Thompson Tied for Lead at NCAA South Regional

GAINESVILLE, Ga. – Consistency has been the name of the game for Millie Thompson during the NCAA South Regional. The junior followed up her first round 71 (-1) with yet another 71 in the second round to tie her for first place overall.

As a team the Argos fell back one position from yesterday and are now in eighth place. UWF shot 300 (+12) on Tuesday and is one shot behind Wingate who is ranked No. 2 in NCAA Division II. The Argos are seven shots back from the top three in the tournament.
