Tom Henderson is the January Donor of the Month! We appreciate the support and Argonaut athletics loyalty. Read the reasons for his generous contributions to UWF Athletics. 

• Why do you give to UWF Athletics?

I had a 33-year career at UWF. One of my sons and my wife have degrees from UWF. I give to Athletics and to other UWF programs because I am grateful for the opportunities we were given.
 

• Why do you continue to give annually?

I am not yet done in my effort to make a small difference in UWF's future.
 

•  What would you say is the best thing about supporting UWF Athletics? 

Seeing firsthand the success of all of the athletic programs.
 

•  What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics? 

I had been a supporter of the minor sports, and when the decision to start football was made, I was apprehensive about its potential to have a negative impact on them. My concern was unfounded. The minor sports have remained successful, and that is because the athletic administration has worked to ensure that all of the sports have the support they need.

 

• Anything else you'd like to add? For instance, a proud moment as an Argo fan or an experience you really enjoyed.
