INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — West Florida (3-3, 0-0 GSC) fell to No. 1 Barry (7-0, 1-0 SSC) with a final score of 0-4 on Sunday in the championship match of the 2026 ITA DII Women's National Team Indoor Championships at Farmer's Bank Fieldhouse. As the #7 team in the nation, the Argonauts secured a tie in both the No. 1 and No. 2 singles positions but were unable to clinch any wins in the match.
 
Barry, the top-ranked team in the nation, secured the doubles point with victories on courts one and three. Louane Lutringer and Ailen Crespo claimed a 6-2 win over Carlota Verdu and Sandra Recuenco at No. 1 doubles, while Viktoriia Dema and Anastasia Nikolova triumphed 6-0 against Kylie Kochis and Valerie Gomez at No. 3 doubles. The No. 2 doubles match remained unfinished with Dana Heimen and Jenifer Anger leading 4-3 over Guadalupe Martinez and Aline Midori.
 
In singles play, Barry extended its lead with #18 Viktoriia Dema's straight-set victory at No. 3 singles, defeating Martinez 6-3, 6-1. Lutringer added another point for Barry at No. 5 singles, securing a 6-3, 6-4 win over Alberte Joergensen. Anger completed the sweep for Barry with a 6-3, 6-1 win against Kochis at No. 6 singles.
 
The match between #11 Verdu and #3 Heimen at No. 1 singles was left unfinished with Heimen leading 5-2 in the first set. Midori's match at No. 2 singles against Crespo was also left incomplete with Midori ahead 1-0. At No. 4 singles, Recuenco's match against #41 Alina Michalitsch was suspended with Michalitsch ahead 7-6(7), 3-4.
