PENSACOLA, Fla. — The University of West Florida defeated Christian Brothers University 7-0 on Saturday at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex. The Argonauts swept all six singles matches and secured the doubles point with victories at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions.

West Fla. secured the doubles point against Christian Bros. with decisive victories at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. Sebastian Rondon and Diego Duran triumphed 6-3 over Benjamin Hanriot and Alexandre Randoux at No. 1 doubles. John David McCrory and William Meyering clinched the point at No. 3 doubles with a commanding 6-1 win against Ebolum Nwokolo and Juan Ycaza. The match at No. 2 doubles featuring Rafael Sabio and Mateo Martinez remained unfinished with West Fla. leading 4-3.

In singles, the Argonauts completed a dominant performance, winning all six matches. Lazaro Martins opened the singles sweep with a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles against Nwokolo. Samuel Vidales followed at No. 5 singles, defeating OT Diaz Colell 6-3, 6-1, to extend the lead. Rafael Sabio clinched the dual match at No. 3 singles with his 6-2, 6-4 victory over Randoux.

The momentum continued as Rondon defeated Hanriot 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles, and Martinez added a point at No. 2 singles, winning 6-4, 6-0 over Ycaza. Meyering closed out the match at No. 4 singles, securing a 6-1, 6-4 victory against Ernesto Pico, to complete the 7-0 sweep for West Fla.
