PENSACOLA, Fla. - The University of West Florida volleyball team was selected eighth in the 2026 Atlantic Sun Conference Preseason Coaches Poll, the conference announced on Wednesday.

The Argos received 14 votes in their first-ever ASUN poll.

UWF is entering its first season with the ASUN at the Division I level. At the Division II level, the Argos went 597-223 over 26 season, with head coach Melissa Wolter at the program's helm for the previous 23 seasons. Under Wolter's leadership, the Argos won 14 Gulf South Conference championships, becoming the winningest program in the conference's history.
