Picked up wins over Quincy (2/24), North Alabama (3/21) and Valdosta State (4/27)...

2006-07: Attended Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Fla.... Named to the First Team All-Conference his sophomore year... Conference champions in 2007... All-Conference Academic Team

High School: Lettered two years as a pitcher at West Orange High School

Personal: Son of Bill and Charlotte Whitaker.. Has two brothers, Kyle and Tyler... Enjoys to fish and travel when he is away from the baseball field... Plans to continue his education and attend a PT program after graduation...
