2011: Appeared in two games early in the season as a pinch runner and defensive replacement before going down with a season-ending elbow injury... earned a spot on the Gulf South Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2010: (Gulf Coast Community College) Saw action in 21 games as a sophomore at Gulf Coast Community College ... hit .351 with two doubles and three home runs ... scored 11 runs and drove in 12 ... helped lead Gulf Coast to a conference championship ... named to the NJCAA Academic All-America team with a 3.61 GPA ... also volunteered at the boys and girls club.

2009: (Andrew College) Played in 33 games in his freshman year at Andrew College in Cuthbert, Ga. ... hit .198 with five doubles, one home run and 13 RBIs ... also stole seven bases in 11 attempts.

High School: Played baseball four years and football two years at Tattnall Square Academy ... played third base and outfield for the baseball team ... hit 10 home runs and earned all-region honors as a senior ... led his team to state and regional championships in 2005 and 2008 ... played running back, strong safety and punter for the football team ... served as president of the pep club.
