Was ninth on the team in assists… Made 77 saves with a .846 saves percentage… First in School history with 0.74 goals against average (3558 min, 31 games)… Third in School History with 142 saves (05-07)… Tied for first place in School history with 12 shutouts… Hold school record for consecutive wins at 18 matches from 8/26/07 to 11/4/07.</p><p><strong>2006:</strong> His 0.89 goals against average set a team single-season record and was the sixth-lowest in GSC history… His 13 wins were tied for the second-most single season total in school history… Only allowed 15 goals in 1,522 minutes… Earned his first All-GSC honor… Named to the GSC All-Tournament Team… Started 16 matches… Won seven consecutive matches between 9/22-10/29… Did not allow more than one goal in 13 regular season matches, including the GSC Tournament… Stopped two of three shootout attempts in the regional semifinal win over Montevallo (11/3)… Collected a season-high seven saves at Montevallo (10/20)… Posted consecutive 1-0 shutouts against Montevallo (10/20) and Spring Hill (10/23)… Stopped a penalty shot in consecutive matches against Christian Brothers (10/1) and Alabama-Huntsville (10/6).</p><p><strong>2005:</strong> Appeared in six matches and earned one start… Only allowed two goals in over 285 minutes of action… Started the homecoming match against William Carey (10/14) and earned his first West Florida win… Earned a tie after playing all 90 minutes in the regular season finale against Mobile (10/28).</p><p><strong>Club:</strong> played with Millionarios and was part of a national championship… Named best goalkeeper in U-18 and U-21 in the city of Bogota… Coached one of two U-16 team of Millionarios.</p><p><strong>Personal:</strong> Son of Luis Garcia and Olga Suarez… Sister, Patricia, attended West Florida…Majoring in physical education… Worked as a counselor and soccer instructor at Lake Owego Camp in the summer of 2005.</p><p><br /></p>
