2016: Started the season with a 22:33.64 at the Covered Bridge Open in North Carolina... Ran a season-best 21:36.94 at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas. 

2015: Ran a season-best time of 21:02.12 in the 5,000-meter race at the GSC Championship meet placing, 66th overall and fourth for the Argonauts... Ran a season-best time (25:44.78) in the 6,000-meter race at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship.

2015 ADA Academic Achievement Award

Fall 2014: Ran a collegiate-best 19:43.80 in the 5k at the Valdosta State Cross Country Challenge... ran a personal-best 25:10.15 in the 6k at the NCAA South Regional.

Fall 2013: Placed 25th overall (26:42) in the 6k at the Watson Ford Invitational … Placed 27th overall (20:52) in the 5k at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Finished 47th overall (21:17) in the 5k at the Pre-Regional Meet … Finished 47th overall (21:04.40) in the 5k at the Gulf South Conference Championships … Finished 55th overall (26:20.90) in the 6k at the NCAA DII South Regional Championships … Placed 62nd overall (21:08.20) in the 5k at the Florida State Invitational 5k

High School: Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field, and gymnastics while at Colonial Forge High School in Virginia… was named an all-area athlete by the Freelance Star in cross country in 2011 and track and field in 2012… also earned her team’s coach’s award in 2011 and 2013… set personal records in the 400-meter run (0:58), 800-meter run (2:19), mile run (5:20), 3,200-meter run (11:20) and 5,000-meter run (18:46)… won Commonwealth District championships in 2010, 2011 and 2012 in cross country, 2008-09, 2011-12 and 2012-13 in indoor track and field, and 2010 and 2012 in outdoor track and field… also won the Northwest Region championship in 2010, 2011 and 2012 for cross country… was on the yearbook staff in high school and had her writing published in the high school literary magazine… member of the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA).

Personal: Daughter of Tom and Regina… her father ran in college for the University of Colorado… lists writing and photography as some of her favorite hobbies.
