Fall 2010: Earned All-GSC Second Team honors at the GSC Championships … Her time of 19:56.76 gave her a 16th place finish in the 5k event … Her 6k time of 23:59.7 at the NCAA South Regional ranks ninth in the UWF record books … Named to the GSC Fall All-Academic Team and the 2010 GSC Fall Acadmic Honor Roll ... Received All-Academic Status for the 2010 cross country season from the USTFCCCA ... Received the Scholar-Athlete Award at the UWF women's cross country season-ending banquet ... Ran in every race this season … Was among the top three Argonaut finishers in all but one race … Had a new personal best in the 5k with a time of 19:28.80 at the Southeast Cross Country Classic (10/23).

2009-2010: Was the team captain for the 2009-10 year … Finished in the top five for UWF in every cross country event in the fall … Posted a best of 19:51 at the Gulf Coast Stampede … Raced to a 25:34 time in the MC Watson/Ford Invitational 6k race to help the team win the event … Clocked a strong 20:34 time at the conference meet to help the Argos take second place overall … During the spring season, posted a team best of 2:32 in the 800 meters at the South Alabama meet … Posted a  19:54 in the 5000 meters on the track at the FSU Invitational, and clocked a 5:22 at the LSU Invitational 1500 meter race.

2008-2009: Competed in every cross country event for the Argos, with a personal best of 20:25 at the Auburn Tiger Invitational ... Top finish on the team was at the GSC Championships, where she was the fourth best for the Argos in a time of 21:42 ... Competed in the NCAA South Regional 6k race and finished with a 26:09 ... During the spring season, earned the Most Improved Runner award for the team.

High School: Four year varsity runner for both track and cross country ... Was captain of both cross country and track teams as a senior ... Received the Coach's Award and Outstanding Freshman Award ... Ran in the Miami Half Marathon as a freshman and placed first in her age group ... Ran in the Miami Half Marathon again as a senior and placed seventh out of 81 in her age group ... Has personal bests of 21:28 in 5000m, 5:57 in 1600m, and 1:02 in 400m.

Personal: Daughter of Gary and Faith Paton ... Has an older brother and sister, Gary and Alyssa, and a younger sister, Jenna ... Majoring in criminal justice and wants to attend law school after completing her degree.
