MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The No. 14 UWF women's volleyball team completed a strong weekend with a 3-0 win over Christian Brothers at Canale Arena Saturday.
UWF (21-5, 11-1 Gulf South) out-hit CBU .288 to .136 en route to 11th straight-set victory on the year. Taylor Vanekeren led the way with a double-double of 28 assists and 12 digs, while serving up three aces.Â
Meg Brackhan had a game-high 16 digs on the back row.

Avery Rodgers led the attack at the net with eight kills each.
The first set featured a well rounded and balanced attack from the Argos, as four players finished with at least three kills with three others recording at least five digs. UWF won the set 25-16.
The second frame proved to be the toughest challenge for the Argos as they battled CBU's comeback attempt late in the set which saw six ties in the final eight points. Two of Vanekeren's aces came within the frame and two timely kills by Rodgers and Oliver proved to be the difference in the set as the Argos edged out the Lady Bucs, 25-23.
The third set was the most dominant for the Argos as they jumped out to a commanding 12-2 lead before finishing off the match with a 25-16 set victory.
The Argos continue their 3-game road trip with a Tuesday night matchup against Montevallo (16-10 8-3 GSC). First serve at Trustmark Arena in Calera, Alabama is at 6 p.m.
