On Oct. 4, Whited earned defensive player of the week after earning points in back-to-back matches that included a goal versus Montevallo in a top-two conference showdown.

Manami Okada, Midfielder, First Team All-GSC:
The transfer has played a key role in her first year at UWF in the center midfield position and has been placed First Team All-GSC. In 17 games, she has taken 16 shots on goal with five falling in. Three of the five goals were game-winning goals – one being the lone goal against Lee to give the Flames their first loss against the UWF since 2018. Larsen scored the reliever goal in the first conference matchup against Alabama Huntsville in a 2-0 win (Sep. 9) and added a goal to her name against Spring Hill in a 5-0 win (Oct. 14). Defensively, she has helped lead the team to only four goals against and has held opponents to 35 shots on goal in 17 total games.

Mya Swinton, Midfielder, Second Team All-GSC:
Despite playing in 11 games, Swinton has made a mark in her first season in UWF to be placed on Second Team All-GSC. Joining the program this fall, Swinton has recorded nine starts, six assists, and two goals. Swinton hit a lone goal against Union (Sep. 23) to uplift her team in a conference win and found the back of the net against Christian Brothers (Sep. 25) to score in back-to-back games.

Pope is tied for sixth most goals in the conference, ninth most points in the GSC, and has hit two-game winning goals. She recorded a two-goal game against Eckerd in a 5-0 win and began the scoring for the Argos in a 7-0 win against Christian Brothers.
