DALLAS, Texas --- Announced Wednesday afternoon, the University of West Florida baseball team is ranked No. 20 in the NCBWA Division II Top-25 week one poll.
 
The poll did not take into account the win versus Spring Hill on Tuesday (Feb. 14) as that win will register for new week's rankings.
 
With just one loss on the season, the Argos sit at No. 3 in the NCBWA South Region poll. Tampa is the one-seed with a 4-2 record and Montevallo is the two-seed in the region and sits at 5-1 overall.
 
Montevallo is the only GSC opponent in the top-25 poll and they are ranked No. 12. Valdosta State is receiving votes on a 4-2 record.
 
The Argos will continue to play at home this Friday and Saturday in a three-game series and will take on Florida Tech who is receiving votes in the top-25 poll.
