PENSACOLA, Fla. - The University of West Florida baseball team earned their fifth consecutive ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award presented by Sports Attack. 

The American Baseball Coaches Association's Team Academic Excellence Award honors high school and college programs coached by ABCA members that post a cumulative Grade Point Average over 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The Argos were among 88 Division II schools recognized with this award. 

The team posted a 3.14 GPA in the spring semester with two named to the GSC All-Academic Team.
