TUNICA, Miss. – The UWF men's golf team leads the Gulf South Conference Championship by eight strokes after the first round played on Thursday at Tunica National.

The Argos are currently three under par as they dominated round one. UWF has four golfers in the top 10. TJ Thompson leads the tournament with a two under par 70 on Thursday. Eddie Lee and Fabian Wennerlof shot 71 (-1) and Cooper Tendick shot 73 (+1) in the opening round.
