• Why do you give to UWF Athletics?

Our family chooses to give to UWF Athletics because UWF Athletics were such a huge part of our lives!  Jordyn's four years as a student-athlete with the Volleyball Program helped her become the person she is today.  We are grateful that our daughter was given the opportunity to play the sport she loves at a highly competitive level, all while earning her degree from a top institution.  Furthermore, we were truly blessed by Coach Wolter's guidance which allowed Jordyn to succeed at more than just volleyball - she learned a multitude of valuable life lessons!
 

• Why do you continue to give annually?

We are aware that higher education and its affiliated programs are often dependent on funding outside of the school itself.  Because we recognize that a school's athletic programs genuinely enhance the overall collegiate experience, we equate our donation to an investment in sports and programs which contribute to the overall culture, pride, loyalty and enthusiasm experienced by all college students.
 

•  What would you say is the best thing about being a donor to UWF Athletics? 

The sense of community surrounding Argo Athletics makes UWF a very special place.  Even though Jordyn graduated five years ago, we still love visiting campus and attending athletic events - we always feel welcome and enjoy seeing familiar faces and meeting new Argos. Since the day our family stepped on campus for Freshman Orientation through graduation and to today, we sincerely feel we are part of the Argo family!
 

•  What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics? 

UWF Athletics, and more specifically the Volleyball Program, make it easy to be super fans!  From the campus athletic facilities to the dedicated coaches and personnel to the number of national and conference championships earned, it is exciting to cheer for winning programs year after year after year.  To quote Jordyn, "Being a member of the Volleyball Program has given me a lifelong championship mindset!"
