COLUMBUS, Ga. — The No. 1 University of West Florida men's tennis team (16-1) defeated Columbus State University (9-1) with a final score of 5-2 on Sunday at the Walden Tennis Center. The Argonauts secured the victory by winning five of the six singles matches.
Sebastian Rondon posted a win at No. 1 singles, contributing a 1-0 record in his singles match.
Rafael Sabio recorded a victory at No. 5 singles, ending with a perfect singles record.
Mateo Martinez added a win at No. 3 singles, maintaining an undefeated singles record.
Vicente Couto collected a win at No. 4 singles, rounding out a strong singles performance.
