NORMAN, Okla. – Three Argos were named to the 2026 NCAA Division II PING All-South Region Team, announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Tuesday.

Cooper Tendick, Per Ekelund and TJ Thompson made the list of 15 golfers for the South Region. The trio have led the Argos to a No. 1 team national ranking and all three golfers are ranked top 25 in the nation as individuals.

Tendick, also a Jack Nicklaus National Player of the Year award finalist makes the All-Region list for the second time in his career. Ekelund has been an All-Region selection for three straight seasons and Thompson earns his second straight All-Region selection.

All three players are leading the Argos in the NCAA Division II National Championship. PING All-America teams will be released on Wednesday following the completion of the third stroke play round at the national championship.
