• Why do you give to UWF Athletics?

My wife, Cyndi, and I moved to Pensacola 10 years ago. As an Army family, we've lived all over the country, and we've always believed in investing in the communities we call home.

I was naturally drawn to UWF Athletics through my long association with volleyball—as a player, coach, and volleyball dad. As the father of a daughter, it's especially meaningful to support women's sports programs. Today, I'm actively involved in Volleyball, Softball, and Women's Basketball.
 

• Why do you continue to give annually?

The need for support is ongoing, and we're fortunate to be able to make giving part of our annual budget. Supporting UWF Athletics is something we plan for—and value—every year.
 

•  What would you say is the best thing about supporting UWF Athletics? 

UWF has the feel of a big program with a small-town community. I enjoy seeing familiar faces at games and being part of that shared experience.

The coaches are approachable and engaged, and the student-athletes bring energy, skill, and passion to everything they do. It makes every event enjoyable.

•  What makes you passionate about UWF Athletics? 

I've been an accredited game photographer for several years, which gives me a unique perspective. I'm often close enough to hear sideline conversations and coaching huddles.

What stands out is the consistency—regardless of the score or circumstances, the coaching is positive, encouraging, and constructive. I value environments that build people up, and that culture is clearly part of UWF Athletics' DNA.

• Is there anything else you'd like to add — perhaps a proud moment as an Argo fan or an experience you've really enjoyed?
